• No Direct Sales: PuraniBike.com does not sell bikes directly; we facilitate transactions between independent buyers and sellers
• User Responsibility: Users are responsible for their own transactions, negotiations, and dealings with other users

User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of PuraniBike.com, you may need to create an account or provide contact information. When creating an account or using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years old to use our services

Listings and Selling

If you list a bike for sale on PuraniBike.com, you agree to:

• Accurate Information: Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about the bike, including make, model, year, condition, kilometers, price, and relevant details
• Honest Descriptions: Describe the bike's condition honestly, including any defects, damages, or issues
• Authentic Photos: Upload real, recent photos of the actual bike being sold, not stock photos or images of different bikes
• Legal Ownership: Confirm that you have legal right to sell the bike and that it is not stolen, under finance, or subject to any legal disputes
• Valid Documentation: Possess and be able to provide valid RC Book, Insurance, PUC, and other necessary documents
• Price Accuracy: Set fair and accurate prices for your listings
• Availability: Ensure the bike is available for sale and remove listings once sold
• No Prohibited Items: Not list bikes that are illegal, stolen, or subject to legal restrictions

Buying on PuraniBike.com

When buying a bike through our Platform, you agree to:

• Due Diligence: Conduct proper inspection, verify documents, and ask relevant questions before making a purchase
• Verify Information: Verify the seller's identity, bike ownership, and all documentation independently
• Legal Compliance: Complete all legal requirements including RC transfer, insurance transfer, and payment of applicable taxes
• Responsible Negotiation: Engage in fair and honest negotiations with sellers
• Transaction Completion: Complete transactions as agreed and pay the agreed amount within the specified timeframe
• Follow-Up Actions: Complete RC transfer and other paperwork within legally required timeframes

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• List or attempt to sell stolen, illegal, or fraudulently obtained bikes
• Misrepresent bikes, prices, or any information in listings
• Use false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Post duplicate listings for the same bike
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
• Use automated systems to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or user accounts
• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Circumvent or manipulate our fees, billing, or payment processes

Transactions and Payments

PuraniBike.com facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to transactions:

• Direct Transactions: All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the quality, condition, legality, or accuracy of listings
• Payment Responsibility: Users are responsible for arranging and completing payments independently
• Dispute Resolution: Disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved directly between the parties
• No Escrow Service: PuraniBike.com does not provide escrow services; users should arrange secure payment methods
• Documentation: Users are responsible for ensuring proper documentation, RC transfer, and legal compliance

Fees and Charges

Currently, PuraniBike.com offers basic listing and browsing services free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees for premium features or services in the future. Any changes to fees will be communicated in advance.

User Content and Intellectual Property

When you post content (listings, photos, descriptions, messages) on PuraniBike.com:

• Ownership: You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on our Platform
• License Grant: You grant PuraniBike.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content for Platform operations
• Responsibility: You are responsible for your content and ensure you have the right to post it
• Platform Content: All Platform design, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by PuraniBike.com and protected by copyright laws
• Removal Rights: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PuraniBike.com acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for transactions between users
• We do not verify the accuracy of listings, seller information, or bike conditions
• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from transactions, including but not limited to: fraud, misrepresentation, bike condition, payment issues, or documentation problems
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or condition of bikes listed on the Platform
• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

No Warranty

PuraniBike.com is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Listings are accurate, complete, or authentic
• Users are legitimate or trustworthy
• Transactions will be completed successfully
• Bikes meet your expectations or are in the condition described

You use the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for conducting due diligence on all transactions.

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform for any violation of these Terms
• Remove listings that violate our policies or are reported as fraudulent
• Block or restrict users who engage in prohibited activities
• Modify or discontinue the Platform or any features at any time

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or removing your listings.

Dispute Resolution

For disputes between buyers and sellers:

• Users should attempt to resolve disputes directly through communication
• PuraniBike.com may provide assistance in resolving disputes but is not obligated to do so
• For legal disputes, users may need to pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels
• Disputes with PuraniBike.com shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of PuraniBike.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
